"I've been here for at least a dozen times over the last 1.5 years, so I think I've got enough experience to write a valid review. Here goes -The workers aren't rude, and in fact, the owner really is nice and super polite to his customers. However, never go here if you think this is an in and out sort of nail experience. On average, my wait time before I get serviced is 35 minutes. Make an appointment? No, this location will say the appointment is booked, but when you come in any customers that walked in ahead of you are still ahead of you, regardless of the 'appointment.' Appointments aren't a thing. Today I waited 55 minutes before I got serviced. I spent this entire time with my feet soaking in lukewarm water. There were others that came in after me, and they weren't so quiet about their wait time. Only 2 guys were working and there were 6 customers plus 4 more that had just walked in.The owner does a great job, but rushes when there is a lot of people waiting. The problem is that there aren't enough employees to cover the amount of people walking in.I don't think it's worth the $ they charge.After today's experience, I doubt I'll be going back."
