"I've used Cuticles for several years, not on a regular basis, though. This last visit they wanted to do my manicure during my pedicure. I'm not a fan of that, I prefer to relax when I do take the time to get a manicure and pedicure. It was an hour from closing time so I'm assuming that's why. I like that they do a cash discount and also a student discount."
