"I heard great reviews so I decided to try them out since my salon of 3 years has gone down hill with customer service and quality of service. The customer service was a 1. The outcome of my nails were a 5. I made an appointment that morning for 4pm. I arrived a few minutes early. Was told to take a seat so I did. About 10 to 15 minutes later I started being helped and I had not seen any swatches of their powder. After the tech glued on the nails without clipping (about an inch) she handed me a basket of the nail powder color swatches. It hurt with them so long I had to ask for her to cut them since it hurt so bad going through them. She seemed upset I didn't have a color picked out. I apologized. Even though as a first time customer I didn't know where the swatches were upon arrival.Then she starts working on my nails before I even have a color picked. I am only allowed nuetral, complimentry to my skin tone nails. I have to hold the swatches to my skin to make sure they are not too light or dark. Nearly impossible to do with one hand. I apologized and asked for a couple minutes and the tech seemed very annoyed. I had to message a coworker about the nail color to make sure it was in regulations. (All together took 7 minutes, I checked my phone log) At about 3 minutes into that waitfor my coworker a customer walked in and the tech says she can't wait for me to decide she has other customers and she starts doing this ladies nails. I ended up waiting for her to do her nails adding to almost be an hour wait. By the time she got back to me she didn't apologize for the wait or even once check how I was doing. As she was doing my nails the tech kept filing my skin on my pinky and it hurt alot. I had some bloodshed. I did love my nails outcome but the service was awful."
