"Came in for a gel manicure. Place was busy so I had assumed it was good. The person I had was extremely rough with my nails and made my cuticles bleed after vigorous trimming and cutting. Not very friendly and my nails came out sloppy, they are already chipping. The tools that were used did not come out of a closed package, appearing unseteralized. Very disappointed and upset that I didn’t get my money’s worth."
