"Horrible! I hate this place. Stephanie is so rude and does a horrible job. It seems like she doesn't even care, and then she complains about how slow it is. She then goes rambling on about how it is slow and how customers complain. Not professional, she then does the paint job, horrible makes sense now that her place is slow, her employees just sit there and do nothing other than look at their phones. They have no respect for paying customers. Stephanie is officially the worst nail tech in the world. Everyone go to K nails! Way better than crystal ratchet nails!!!"
