"I had a great experience at Crave Beauty Bar and their service in person is phenomenal, however, I'm omitting a star simply because they never answer the phone. I think I've called 5 times and they haven't answered a single time. I'm leery about booking online simply because I've had bad experiences, but booking with an actual person on the phone shouldn't be this difficult."
