"Went on a recommendation and it was absolutely regretful. Left crying in my car on the way home due to the unsanitary conditions. Buffers and files used customer after customer, they are worn and covered in polish. Saw the tools just rinsed in the sink between customers. Removed my polish once home and rinsed off in peroxide. I regret not walking out in the middle of my service like I had wanted to. Will never return. Probably will never even get another professional nail service again after that. Ruined my nail salon experience."
