"I was trying to find a 'local' nail salon. I called to set up an appointment and she (sadly she didn't say her name when she answered the phone) asked if I had my nails done there. I was looking for a fix and cut down..I told her no. Her exact words 'I'm sorry I don't fix nails if you didn't have them done here. We're too busy.' Well, if I could rate this salon a '0' star I would. How very rude!! How else do you establish business from new customers? Guess I'll take my big tips elsewhere."
