"I’m extremely frustrated at the lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. I had an appointment but half way through getting my nails done my technician told me someone else would finish them. She proceeded to start work on another client right next to me while I had to wait for a different technician to finish with her client before finishing my nails. An extra 30 minutes was added to my appointment because I had to wait. While I am ultimately happy with my nails I will be finding a new nail saloon and will not recommend comfort nails to friends or family. I don’t understand why some customers are more important and their time is more valuable then others."
