"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Poorly managed.Honestly, this place is lucky they are in a good location because they wouldn’t function as a business anywhere else. I have now had two bad encounters when it comes to scheduling appointments. The first appointment, the woman at the front desk booked me for a time slot 30 minutes after the salon closes and I was not made aware of this until the day of when I was on my way to the appointment!! Now for a second time I have shown up to my appointment - 5 minutes late and they have sat someone in my place and wanted me to wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Salons take your number when you schedule an appointment for that reason - if they would have called to see if I was coming I would have been able to let them know I was parking. I’m a little confused how seating 1 customer who would sit with anyone was more important than sitting 1 customer who HAD AN APPOINTMENT and solely wanted 1 technician to do their nails. As a business they just lost a customer who would have had a weekly appointment for a walk in."
