"I have never been so upset with my nails until I went yesterday. I get the dip nails done. They seated my right away and had me soak my nails. After they finished up with someone else she finally came over to me. Things were going ok until the dip on 3 nails had to be redone. So out of the 3 she fixed 2 and then the last nail it took her 5 tries....which I did not like the last one but after being there for over 2 hours I was done. I told her to just finish so I could leave. But while fixing the last nail she told me the dipping powder she was using was not a good company!!!SO my question...........why the hell are you using it!!! I also told her I do not like them thick around the cuticles.....do you think she listened. NO they just do what the want.Then to top if off the place looked like a mess.... The girl that did my nails was so unorganized it was horrible!!!! As I was walking out the man at the first spot told me next time we will try a better color. There will not be a next time. They just don't care!!! There are plenty of other places to go to in Crosby that I'm sure are better!! Piece out!!"
