"Got there at 7 pm last night and was never acknowledged. I don't mind waiting if you least acknowledge that I am there. I waited an hour and half to be taken, so it's now 830 and I wanted the deluxe pedicure. The details say that this is 45 minutes and costs $40. I was rushed to a 30 minute pedicure, still have a lot of rough skin on my feet. The polish does not cover my whole nail on several toes and I had to file some of my rough nails.So my 45 minute relaxing pedicure turned into a 30 minute rush job and I still paid full price. All they had to say was that they were too busy to get to me and I would have understood. I will not go back!!!"
