"I've found that the experience really depends on who you are booked with. Sometimes I leave in love with them, other times, I'm kicking myself for not speaking up about them doing it wrong/not how I asked. I often bring my 5 year old to get a gel polish done with me (very shy, very well behaved) and sometimes they charge different rates for it, which is a little frustrating but not a huge deal. Overall, their cleanliness and the talent of a few tech's, specifically Nini (spelling? Sorry!) And Jessica are definitely worth the inconsistency."
