"Terrible experience I had today. Not sure if it was due to being Friday the 13 or that this place is just terrible. My sister, daughters and granddaughter each went to get mani and pedicures. I had requested a deluxe pedi, you assume they would have taken me first considering it’s an hour and 30 minute treatment. Instead I end up sitting at the spa chair with no technician. While everyone in my party is getting their nails done. By the time they get to me, my daughter’s pedi was done and my sister had moved on to her manicure. I ended just getting a regular mani and pedicure to make sure we all leave at the same time. My 25 yr old daughter pays the owner for her nails and for my granddaughter’s nails then tells me she will head to VS. Few minutes go by the owner ask me if I’m paying for my 15yr old daughter’s nails and my granddaughters nails. She tells her employee in English which I found interesting it wasn’t in her native language. “You need to collect payment!” I’m confuse and text my 25 yr old daughter that she forgot to pay for my granddaughter’s nail. She quickly returns and asks if everything was ok. The Asian owner dismissive just brushes her off. My only response to that maybe she didn’t realized she had already paid for both her nails and my granddaughter’s nails ( $15 to just polish nails no cut or filing my 7yr old nails). Very shady if you ask me."
