"I waited all week for a relaxing pedicure and gel manicure. I am a cancer survivor and have been working myself extremely hard the past 8 weeks.I arrived at Coco Blu at 9am and was asked if I would mind having both services done at the same time. I said I wanted my services done separately so that I could enjoy them. Well as one tech was doing my pedicure ( she must have been new because I could not even feel her massage it was so light) another tech came over and began giving me my gel manicure. I should have spoken up because both services cost me $65 and it was the most awkward, unrelaxing experience I've ever had. Plus, I never received a neck massage. Also, there were 2 other women getting the exact same services as me at the exact same time and they were able to enjoy their services separately. One of the women was treated extra special, given a lengthy arm & leg massage. This is not my first experience at this salon. I have noticed on multiple other occasions that certain clients are given special treatment for the same exact service. I mentioned to the manager before I left that I was disappointed and she apologized claiming her tech 'didn't understand' I did not want my manicure the same time as my pedicure.I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning unfortunately."
