"I've been coming here awhile to have my upper lip and eyebrows waxed. I've been coming here probably a year maybe longer. Anyway I've always been happy every time I've left except the last two times.The second to last time I was there the woman wasn't very friendly (which isn't anything new here but I've always shrugged it off). When she waxed my eyebrows & upper lip (my sister was with me as I was getting it done) she didn't blow on the wax so it was super hot. My sister asked me why I was being 'dramatic' while being waxed. I guess I was making a weird face cause I didn't say anything. I said to her, 'Well she's not blowing on the wax.' I said it loud so she'd get the hint. Nope. She continued to use the hot wax on me without blowing on it. Since she skipped the hint I finally said, 'Do you mind blowing on that wax?' She didn't say anything or acknowledge that I spoke to her and continued. I wasn't going to leave half waxed so I just didn't say anything. Two days later I noticed a small part of my eyebrow was missing. I have very thick eyebrows and this has never happened to me before. Now it is very small so I wasn't upset, but I definitely wasn't happy either.About four/five weeks later I went back to get them done again. I figured I'd get someone different so I gave this place another shot. The last time I was here (for the same service) I had someone different and she was very nice. I loved and appreciated how nice she was. While doing my eyebrows she told me she couldn't wax one part because it had to grow back. Yup that last lady messed them up so this woman couldn't touch that part of it. Again I have thick eyebrows and this has never happened to me. I told her that it wasn't a problem. I knew it wasn't her. Then yet again two days later on the other eyebrow I noticed a tiny part of that was missing! That's when I decided I was done with this place.Not for nothing I'm paying for a service, it's one thing to not be nice to your customers giving you business but to now not being able to do your job? Ridiculous! I don't know if they're not trained or what but I'd rather spend my money else where and have them do a good job. As I mentioned, I've been coming here for a long time so I feel bad writing this review, but this two times too many. Are they going to wax my whole eyebrow off next? I'm not sticking around to find out."
