"Called to ask for an appointment today and told them I could be there in fifteen minutes. I was told to come in. Upon arrival, they are very busy. Not a big deal. They tell me to sit in one of the pedicure chairs. The water is cold, but again, not a big deal. 40 minutes goes by, I am not acknowledged and people that came in after me are being serviced. I got up and walked out and no one even said anything. I will spend my money elsewhere. I have given this place several chances and frankly it sucks."
