"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop do not go to classy nails they are over priced and their customer service is trash I’ve been going to the salon for eight months painting their high prices as well as tipping the technicians today I went there and it was advise that they were able to take me at 7:20 when I arrived they washed my service they washed me to choose a color that I did not like for a manicure in a feeling I paid $80 and left a $10 tip I was rushed into a color that I did not like and I asked the manager could she change my color this lady instead of satisfy me because I was unhappy with the service hours received she advised me that I would have to pay additional cost and that if I didn’t want to pay the additional cost that she would call I could leave or she would call the police on me weeks prior when I was in that shop a white female came in complaining about the service she received that same technician Helen did not have a problem fixing the car Kasian ladies nails but I am a black female and instead of painting my nails over so I’ll be satisfied with the service she chose to say so she will call the police if I would leave do not go to classy nails because nothing in that shop is classy I got burnt by the water was too hot when I got the pedicure and while I was in there letting my feet dry the technicians in their were cursing calling each other bitches and hoes I repeat classy nails is not classy at all"
