"So even after making an appointment they apparently told 8 other people they also had an appointment at the same time as me and also took 2 other walk-ins with a staff of 7. So of course this is a nail shop that you need to designate your whole day too. My pedicurist at did a decent job, but definitely nothing special, no sugar scrub and I did have to ask for the callus remover and after she spent 35 mins on the metallic design on my big toes it came out nothing like what I chose, she took it upon herself to start over which took another 35 mins before someone else came to fix her error. I was in the nail shop for 4.5 hours! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my nails came out ok other than that this place will never have my business. There lack of customer service and ownership when they know they wasted my time baffles me."
