"I have been a loyal Classic Nails patron for the past 10+ years, but I will never be going back to this salon. Since new management has taken over, the quality of service has suffered. Prices have remained the same, but you get much less for your money. A regular pedicure ($21) no longer includes any type of massage. I also did not receive a massage while waiting for my nails to dry. I was very rushed. My friend and I started at the same time, but my pedicure was much shorter than her manicure. The woman working on me spent no more than 10 minutes on my pedicure. I should have just paid for a polish change because that's really all I got."
