"I love this place. I would have given it a 5 but Tracy was extremely rude and unaccommodating. She claimed to be the manager and that the woman that normally manages was on vacation. I asked about a special promotion that they sold me on upon my first visit and she was extremely short and rude. If management is reading this, please protect the integrity of this beautiful establishment and keep her away from the customers you work so hard for."
