"This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been to. I have been going to City nails since last October and did not have any major problems. Once or twice I had gone in when my polish chipped after one day and asked for it to be fixed as many places will do. Recently I had made an appointment with Mike and he messaged me on Instagram saying that I was double booked and that they had to cancel my appointment. Then today I called and made an appointment to get my nails done because my anniversary is coming up and then I receive a message saying that they cancelled my appointment because I'm too picky. That is not good customer service, and if I am paying $100 to have my nails done, I expect it to be nice and last at least a week. I am very disappointed in the treatment I have received here and hope that both Mike and his girlfriend Bee know that this is not a way to run a business or how to treat people. First lying and then making an appointment and canceling. Unbelievable."
