"I love the salon - its really clean and modern and I absolutely LOVE Anna who does my nails. I find the owners very unfriendly and unwelcoming and actually downright rude - the wife especially. I am not sure if she is like this with everyone but I don't feel a good vibe from her at all and this puts me off the salon."
