"Called Wednesday for appointment on Sunday for 2 people at 12:30. Get there at 12:10 . They try to tell me that I didn't make appt. Then said I had 1 appt at 12:30. We sit there for 20 minsOnly to be told, people were before us, so could we comeback and that they close at 7. Are you for real, I made appt for my convience. Left there and called modern nails was able to get appt right away. Also staff was more friendly than Cici's"
