"I have been here a few times before and I always go to Tiffany. She is wonderful and always remembers me and does a fantastic job. I called in to make an appointment with her on 5/15 and she was sick. Because I've never went to anyone else I did not schedule an appointment because I figured either way they would be to her expertise. I went in and there was only one lady getting a pedicure. I sat down and the man (never got his name) started on my pedi. Immediate the lady who was going to do my nails came over because she wanted to get started on my nails while I was also getting my pedi. As I was here to relax for my birthday I told her I would prefer to just relax then have her do my nails. The pedi was ok at best. He seemed like he wasn't sure what he was doing. I opted for the royal because I always do the deluxe and I love the paraffin wax and I figured because the royal was more expensive it would be included. My mistake, it was not. (Keep in mind it is not listed on either the deluxe or royal.) He ended up doing two exfoliating masks on my legs and they were burning and over sensitive. He then used barely warm rocks for the massage. I was disappointed but it only got worse from there. He started to do my nails and he kept putting his arm, finger or something into my wet nail, smudging them. He tried a few times to just cover them and hide it. My nails looked terrible. He removed 5 of the painted nails and repainted them which then they were very streaky. So he removed all of the polish. I told him that it was fine I would paint them at home. He told me no that the lady next to him was going to paint them. She painted them in 5 minutes and you could still see the streaks. They blamed it on my brand new nail polish. This brand is wonderful and I have several colors by them and I've never had an issue. I get up and tell the lady (Lisa) who was going to do my nails that I was disappointed and I'd prefer to pay and go home instead of doing my nails. She tells me no several time that she will fix the issue and I would leave happy. She removed my nail polish and repainted them. They turned out fine but looked about the quality of doing them myself. She then takes me to have my nails dipped. She talked me into getting the French tips done and I looked at the sample nail and it looked adorable. She started on my nails and I finally started to relax. Lisa had started the dipping process and I thought it was strange that she hadn't trimmed my cuticles but thought maybe she would after they were finished. Towards the end I noticed that the pinks of the nail looked like that had speckles/bubbles in them. I asked her what this was about and she said that is what it looks like when you have the French tips done. She finished with a top coat and sent me to the dryers. No lotion, no oil, no cuticle trimming. I looked at my nails and they were awful. They were bumpy and they shape was terrible. There was also bits of the acrylic dip under my nails and on my cuticles. I was very very disappointed. I told her I wanted to pay and leave that I had had a terrible experience and that she had not trimmed my cuticles. She proceeded to put a little oil on my cuticles and says that she can trim my nails. At this point I've wasted over 3 hours and I'm beyond aggravated. She keeps pressuring me repeatedly that she will fix them. I told her absolutely not I am leaving after I pay. She tells me that it is $70 but she would take off $10 for my troubles. I told her i would not pay that. I settled with paying $45 on nails that looks horrible and that I had to file and paint when I got home. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. If you are going to go to this salon, only go to Tiffany and DO NOT get a French tip dipped mani.I've included photos sitting at the dryers waiting to pay prior to receiving nail oil."
