"I am not one to usually write reviews whether they’re good or bad especially a negative one but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I had a gift certificate so I figured I would go and use it while I was around the area. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and they said it would be about 15 minutes so I went across the street to T.J. Maxx for not even 10 minutes and came back, waited about 20 to 25 minutes until they finally acknowledge me and told me to have a seat in a chair which was not even set up yet. I waited another 30 minutes VERY PATIENTLY until they started taking care of another women that came in 20 minutes after me. At this point I walked out and not one person apologized. I will never go here again and threw out the gift card because I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."
