"This was my go to place! 9 years I spent my money here and went NOWHERE else. Lately it’s a hassle to get an appt let alone a walk in even on the slowest days. Musical chairs is a classic here. My recent venture as left me to NEVER return. An hour wait , to only get a huge chuck of skin clipped off cause the husband was more worried about the people walking in than my cuticles. Lately I feel so rushed in this place it’s pathetic. I come here to relax and feel pampered. Not like another customer trying to be pushed for the next paycheck. Honestly !!! Some days their awesome but lately my nails are either to thin and damaged or I’m have to get cuticle treatments cause they do more cutting of my skin then actual cutting of the nails. Let’s not begin on the mother who never pushed back my skin and completely filed nearly three layer of skin and then look at me like it was something I caused. Won’t waste any more of my money here ✌🏼"
