"My older daughter just came in with her younger sister to get her nails done for the first time as a treat, they were told to choose a colour and wait, 3 other people walk in after them with no appointments made and you took them in first. When she questioned why they got taken first the reply was your very busy. Should be first in first served, just because hers cost $5 and the others $55 shouldnt make a difference. You have ruined my 5yr old daughters first experience a horrible one as she was looking so forward to getting her nails done 😡"
