"Omg so I honestly don't know where to begin. After walking through this deserted mall in hopes that my best friend and I could get our nails done for our girls day we finally found this nail salon if you even want to call it that.We waited and hour and a half to leave in worse shape then when we arrived.I'd call it a nail school considering the fact that the guy working on my nails told me he had only started learning how to do nails 6 months ago. He said my set would cost $70 and he wanted to make sure I'd have the money like omg. Then I told him as long asyou do a good job and don't rush I don't mind paying $70 I'm used to paying double that in Arizona. Then he told me he wasn't going to do my nails at all because he's sure he won't be able to do a good job he freaked out and started popping all of my nails off ouch! I had toask him to soak the nails off because he was just going to rip them off with tweezers. So unprofessional. He completely ignored the picture that I showed him of how I wanted my nails done. My best friend also had a horrible nail tech who said she couldn't do the set that she asked for either then refused her service of a simplepolish job. If my best friend hadn't come over to me after being refused service idk what he was about to do to my nails but it wasn't what I asked for. My bestie and I were getting the exact same set and length. I wouldn't come here if it were the last standing salon in America. Stopgiving these people your money they treat customers like crap just trying to get them in and out fast. We ended up getting nail files from them and fixing the mess they made on us ourselves. ugh I wish I could give -000 stars"
