"I just visited this store really as a last resort because all the other higher rated locations on here were busy with long wait times. I was so taken aback by the difference between the ratings on here and the actual experience I had at this store, I asked the manager why the ratings were so horrible. She explained that they changed management. This store is clean and the staff is professional. I will definitely return the next time I am in Fairhaven. Kudos to management for your obvious turning around of this nail salon!"
