"I'm very surprised at the poor reviews of this salon. I go every 2 weeks and am always pleased with my pedicure. I go to the same lady every time (Cindy) and she is FANTASTIC!! I am always offered a beverage. Cindy always takes her time with my pedicure and gives THE BEST leg and foot massage and hot stone massage that I have had anywhere. The young woman at the desk is always super friendly and welcoming too. I call ahead and make an appointment to make sure I get Cindy. The only time I haven't been 100% satisfied is once when Cindy was on vacation and another lady did my pedicure. She rushed through it and didn't do near as good a job as I have become used to. In my experience, the salon is always clean (including the restroom) and doesn't smell of chemicals, like many nail salons do .My only compliant is that I think the pedicures are a little pricey...unless you get Cindy, then it's worth every penny :)"
