"First of all, they tried to peel the hardened powder off my real nail after I told them they had to soak it off with acetone more then once, then the guy almost peeled my nail off because he was rough with the nail tool. The powder overlay on there wheel looked absolutely horrible. They had me soak my nails too long which made them absolutely flimsy. I ended up cutting them down because they were so flimsy. They F.KING SUCK."
