"I used to really like this nail salon but hadn't been in about 18 months. I went back today and now have one larger cut and several small cuts on my fingers. My technician denied having done it and I am certain I didn't walk in with cuts. I also got SNS and the wrong color was used. I showed a picture of the color I had taken and sent to a friend for her input. I do not like the color I have and never would've asked for it. They charged full price - then offered to paint on top of the SNS after they realized I was unhappy (which I'd alresdy made clear) but that will last maybe 2 weeks. I will not be going back after that unapologetic service."
