"This is my second time coming here. But the first time I was with my friend and we walked in and we waited for 5 minutes and they started with my friend and it was about 9:50 and I had to work at 11. But she was getting her nails done, then a couple of people came in and all of a sudden the lady that was doing my friends nails disappeared about 10 minutes into the nail process. And the guy came over saying that she went to go interview the people. So we waited and waited and waited. Then I checked the time and it was 10:40 and we waited for about 25-30 minutes and she never came back so we left. Then the second time, we came back to give them another chance, we both had a design we wanted and the lady did both of our nails and my friend didn’t like them cause it felt like the lady didn’t put the effort for the design. Afterwards it was my turn and I wanted a certain design from Pinterest and I showed her what I wanted. Then when she was doing my nails she took of my nails that I had on and made me bleed. Then when she was measuring the nails I want and she put the liquid on my nail and I started blowing at it cause it got in my cut and it was burning. Then she’s like I’m sorry I forgot about the cut. But she was doing the coating and then I showed her the design again and she didn’t completely wrong. She only did the tip of the nails and not the full nail. If I could post pictures I would. But we both agreed that were never going back."
