"Horrible experience - I called ahead to make an appointment with Chris and was told I could come in right away. When I arrived she was not available. New young man in training and was mistaken when he told me she was available. There was someone that could do my nails right away so I'm there so I said yes. I had Kim who did not speak a lick of english from what I could tell. I told her 3 times I wanted the shape of my nails square along with many other wishes that she ignored. Needless to say I have oval shaped nails and they are very uneven. Dissatisfied enough to never go back :-(."
