"Today was my 3rd time going to this establishment for sevice. The nail techs were great and polite. But today... I deceided to get strip eyelash applied and the customer service went straight to hell. I was told to hold my under eye down and look up and don't blink for 30 seconds. As I was trying to focus and stop blinking the rude lady was rushing to put the strip on not even giving me time to focus. She started speaking VERY RUDE to me saying she couldn't do it etc... I explained to her she got the glue in my eye and it was burning due to her rushing to get to her next task. I also advised her not to talk to me in that manner. So the guy that runs the front comes back and tells me to go else where. No aplogie or nothing. This establishment will be my last resort if all else fail. They don't care as long as they are making money... I work hard for mine."
