"I am totally dissatisfied as a customer. I went in for the ombré French for a first time visit and they gave me a young man (who seems nice but new) who had no clue what he was doing. He said he assumed I wanted the cheaper version. First mistake. My nails are now messed up and I have to redo somewhere else and repay. I patronized only because of the reviews I saw online, which were mostly positive. I will never try a new place for a new design. And I definitely will never return to this salon because of the poor customer service, inefficiency to deliver on what I wanted, and not make assumptions that I wanted something cheaper. Second mistake. No apology and no offer to redo."
