"I have to say that this rating is not because of the hairstylist. Every time that I went to get my hair done, I was very pleased. Laurie was so accommodating and talented. My concern is the lack of communication. I tried on several occasions to schedule an appointment. Each time I left a message. No one ever returned my calls. On my last message I said ' If I do not hear back, I guess you do not need my business.' Sadly, I decided to go to another salon."
