"It's not breezy nails anymore, it's a touch of class now, But now I am speaking of breezy. I love this place Hugo was the best, and probably still is he went above and beyond for his customers. I was a regular here almost everyone there did nails very well especially jack. he closed the shop down almost a yr now I miss breezy it's so hard to find good nails techs especially since my nails are small."
