"Don't go to this nail salon you will regret it!! I lost a nail due to there lack of there quality of work. Please read this review before going sorry I know it's a long review but it will save you money and your nails. I have been coming here since last year and they always were nice and did a decent job on my nails. I started getting dipped nails and they always lasted me 3 12 weeks with no problems. But lately they have just been rude, impatient and just act like your an inconvenience to them. I get dip nails from them and showed them a picture of what I wanted it was an ombre design. Instead of saying they didn't know how to do it correctly the nail tech just winged it. She got so frustrated trying to figure out what she was doing that she didn't even do all my nails ombre. At that point I didn't care I was so upset with how my nails looked I just wanted to leave. Not even 9 days later 5 of my nails cracked and huge pieces chipped off. So I call at 9:30 when they open to see if I could come in to get them fixed. The man on the phone immediately says to me thanks for calling last minute fits me in to getting my nails fixed. And the nail tech looks at my nails and says oh the dip is to thin that's why they broke. She does the five nails that were broken and I asked her what about the other five are they going to break she says I'm just going to dip them in clear dip to thicken them up and they'll be fine. The next day one of the nails she dipped in clear dip chipped and another had cracks all down them. So I had to go back again to get them fixed. She refused to fix the other 3 nails and as a result I caught my finger of one of the nails she didn't fix on the edge 2lb bag of sugar I was holding with both hands and moved my finger wrong and my completely ripped off. Not to mention all the nails she fixed after a week all had cracks going through them. I paid $45 to have my nails done and it was the worst experience and nail job I have ever had."
