"Zyra might be good at doing brows but her attitude is just unbelievable. Waited for her for 20 min and when she finally got to me she was talking to this lady sitting by her for the entire time, without asking once what kind of brows am I looking at. Absolutely no interaction with me - no brow map as some girls at other locations do, no smile, no nothing. She didn't even apply the soothing gel afterwards and just walked straight away without even telling me I'm done. I was polite enough to give her some tips but when I handed her the gratuity envelope she still didn't look at me but kept talking to others. Terrible terrible attitude. Giving two stars because my brows still look okay but I'm never ever coming back."
