"I would say beware of this place. I went and saw one of the supposed “best stylists there” and he fried my hair. I tried getting my hairdresser to do salon conditioning treatments but my hair is so fried my hair is short in some places where it should be long where it was broken off. I did file a complaint and they gave me my money back but the hair dresser first refused to give my money. I’m now going to have to cut my hair short bc my ends have broken off so bad. It’s like confetti anytime I even try and brush it. I was trying to grow my hair out and now I can’t. All I asked the guy for was to make my ends lighter than they were however I was majority brunette. He dyed almost my whole head blonde and blew my hair shaft open. I was going to attach the pictures showing how bad he fried it. I shouldn’t have to cut my hair bc someone has no clue what they’re doing."
