"I went in for a body wax months ago was charged one price and 2 months later i went in again and they changed the price on me twice even after quoting in person with the manager. They claimed they had given us a discount the first time which was not true. We told them they’d be losing good customers over $10 and the principle of lying back and forth but they could care less. They didn’t even complete the job, i had to take care of random hairs left behind at home on my own."
