"I wish I could give no stars. They do not do blow-outs correctly. Laziest styling. A proper blow-out is sectioning hair and meticulously round brushing it to shine and close the cuticle. This ensures that the hair shine and the 'do lasts. They wave a blow drier over your hair and then cheat by using the straghtening iron. Also, I was charged extra for tape-in extensions when their site says only 'bonded extensions'. AND, the bottom line, the stylist did not listen and gave me... the opposite look than I wanted. When I left no one was empowered to visit with me about my concerns. I am a blow dry bar veteran and this place really has no business being open. I also called corporate to kindly give them feedback and no one has reached out. Save your money and go to a real DryBar. This place will not be in business in 20 months anyway with the lackadaisical attitude of ownership (not local) and the no-one-cares seat-fillers they call their staff. See More"
