"Staff not very welcoming. Communicate alot by pointing, motioning. I was directed, not invited, to pick colors which were not organized well. Wanted to ask questions but tech did not (literally) appear to speak English. NO communication at all during the entire process. Pedicure was fair/acceptable. Manicure was sloppy, did not cover the entire nail plate so there were big bare margins at the base of each finger. I'm new at getting mani-pedi's so didn't notice that 1 fingernail had a soft/wavy spot. Started chipping after only 1 day. You get what you pay for: $35 for mani-pedi was a waste since I had to get a redo elsewhere. Bad."
