"Very rude service by one of the male nail techs. He did an extremely poor job on my dipped nails. Normally, they last for approximately 3 weeks. The dip portion of my nails were literally popping off and lifting within a week. Both he and the Manager were very short and unpleasant regarding my complaint. Clearly, you could tell my nails were just recently done, due to the nail growth. Also, at least half of my nails were lifting, they would only repair one nail, at no charge; while clearly exhibiting a sense of a pissed disposition during the “one finger” repair process. Just lost three customers!!!"
