"Just left in tears... and it’s not the first time this place has ruined my lashes and day.I absolutely loved this place about a year or so ago.Was one of their first clients... then they expanded and kept expanding and so I think they can’t manage it went down in quality.And going down in quality is fine if that’s what they decide to do... but treating customers like a second class citizen is unacceptable. So rude!!! They are so so rude and mean.I would avoid this place.Because you either get lucky with the technician or your out of luck. Not to mention sometimes you show up and because they are over booked they pretend your appointment was for hours earlier and so they can’t accommodate you !!! Imagine ! Your word against theirs. Lashes on 5th is soooo much classier and better not to mention they treat customers like humans not dogs.Oh and the 5 star reviews on here stilllll must be fake!!!! Because it’s just not a 5 star establishment to deserve that. Most of the 4-5 star reviews are by people who have never left a single review any place else- fake accounts probably created by the staff alone.What a shame...."
