"We made a late appointment, but were assured we would get in. They were very busy by the time we got there, hopefully a good sign. They might have over-booked themselves a bit, as we don't feel we got the full experience, and felt a little rushed into the back corner, and then back out. One of us got a bleeding scrape on her heel from being scraped too high. Not too bad, but not pleasant. Overall, not a bad experience, but it could have been better."
