"I’ve gone to this place for a couple years and got great gel nails with Lynn. Apparently the shop lost staff a couple months ago and Lee, the owner, is now abrupt and somewhat rude.For example, I made an appointment a few weeks ago for first thing in the morning. Lee failed to tell Lynn. Needless to say I waited 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. Lee offered no apology or discount. Today I was a few minutes late to my appointment. She abruptly told me to come back in an hour. I won’t be going back anytime soon. Hopefully the shop issues can be turned around!"
