"So my last experience was horrible at city nails in Richmond mall... I had to come for a complete soak off. I asked this tech to cut my nails down a little bit and to keep my coffin shape. Mind you my natural nail was already coffin shaped and were long. I'm upset because my nails are active length and rounded, squared (different shapes). I also noticed this morning that there is an air pocket in the tip of three nails. And the tech used to much acrylic where my nails look like they are round when my natural shape is flat. Others say they look ok but can see what I'm talking about, but its not their nails or their money.."
